Sometimes. The Jazzy Elite HD is a Group 2 power chair under codes K0824 and K0825, which many plans do cover when it is medically necessary. The other three carry code K0899 and are bought outright, though HSA and FSA funds usually apply.
The Carbon 27X folds and the battery lifts out separately. The Revo 2.0 comes apart with no tools, heaviest piece 57 lbs. The Victory LX Sport also comes apart but at 77 lbs you will want a helper. The Elite HD is not designed to be broken down.
