Protekt 500/600 Stand Assist Lift

The Protekt 500/600 Stand Assist Lift comes in two sizes and is designed for those patients who have partial weight-bearing capabilities.  Size options include a weight capacity of up to 500lbs, or a capacity of up to 600 lbs.  The lift is equipped with 6 secure hooks for sling straps which help to maximize safe transfers for both user and caregiver.  The lift's low base can smoothly slide under beds and furniture while the internal leg width of 38" allows the lift access around toilets and chairs.   
 
What Makes This Different
With a lifting range from 37-71", the patient is able to be lifted from a chair or bed to a standing position in a secure and comfortable manner with minimal effort required from the caregiver. Once a standing position is achieved, the foot platform can be removed to allow for gait training and strength building.  This feature lets the patient take steps and still be supported by the lift.   

Why We Like It
Transfers are made easy with the  two-button handset that raises or lowers the lift.  With a simple foot operation, the legs can be opened or closed utilizing a foot pedal on the back of the lift. In case of an emergency, the control box has a large, easy to push emergency reset/stop button.  Other nice features include the attractive white finish, lockable casters, and long battery life which produces 80-100 lifts on a single charge.   

What You Need to Know
The lift is powered by a 24V battery.  Before using your Stand Assist Lift, the battery will need to be charged for 12 hours.  After the first initial charge, the time it will take to charge your battery should be 4 hours or less.  To make assembly easier, a set of special wrenches are provided with your lift.
